Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy

At Inovmart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both:

  • ✅ Defective products

  • ✅ Non-defective products

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must be returned in original packaging

  • All tags, manuals, accessories, and invoices must be included

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Inovmart reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@inovmart.com with your:

    • Order number

    • Product details

    • Reason for return

    • Clear images (if product is defective/damaged)

  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Do not send products back without return approval.


4. Return Shipping & Charges

  • For defective or damaged products:
    ✅ Return shipping cost will be borne by Inovmart.

  • For non-defective returns (change of mind):
    🚚 Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Product is defective

  • Product received is incorrect

  • Size/variant exchange (if applicable and in stock)

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear unboxing video and images as proof

  • We will arrange replacement or refund at no extra cost
